This changed nature of product form and delivery means that GameCore does not offer refunds or exchanges because there is no physical product to return.

If you have a download problem or need help viewing or using our products, we'll help you as much as possible. If necessary, we'll email your purchased file(s) to you.

Please note: GameCore only supports our products and not the application in which they are being used. i.e We do not offer support for 3d modeling packages (such as 3ds Max), graphics applications (such as Photoshop) or other 3rd party tools that might be used or useful for the development of games. Please see their respective help areas for application support.
